The purpose of this study was to determine the usual physical activity, food consumption, rest time and types of illness suffered by residents of Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Samples are residents of Rokan Hulu Regency who are still in school, taken randomly with the age range of 10 to 18 years as many as 452 people. The results showed that 78.57% boys aged 10 to 12, 52.94% with ages 13 to 15, and 32.87% aged 16 to 18 performed physical activities that were quite appropriate recommendation. 21.43% of children aged 10 to 12 years, 47.06% of children aged 13 to 15 years, and 67.13% of adolescents aged 16 to 18 years do not have enough daily physical activity. Furthermore, girls 64.29% with ages 10 to 12 years, 31.43% with ages 13 to 15 years, and 19.75% with ages 16 to 18 perform sufficient daily physical activity. Furthermore 35.71% with ages 10 to 12 years, 68.57% with ages 13 to 15 years, and 80.25% with ages 16 to 18 years do not do enough activities. The pattern of fast foot consumption of boys 51.78% with ages 10 to 12, 63.95% with ages 13 to 15, and 66.07% with ages 16 to 18 are included in the frequent eating food category fast foot, while the rest are in the medium and rare categories. Break times of children also show a decline with increasing age, and the disease suffered by children with obesity is the most that is 48 people 10.62%.
